Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to MyLightLink. By using the service you agree to them.
Accounts
Accounts are created by an administrator for team members, and later for approved customers. Keep your password private, do not share your account, and tell an administrator right away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use MyLightLink only to prepare quotes, submittals and related project documents. Do not try to access data or areas you have not been given access to, interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or copy product data, pricing or cutsheets for use outside your work with us.
Quotes, prices and documents
Quotes and job packages are prepared for the named project and are subject to the terms, validity dates and notes printed on them. Prices may change with market conditions, tariffs and freight costs. Product specifications follow the manufacturer's current cutsheets and may change without notice. A quote is not an order until it is confirmed in writing by the issuing company.
Content and ownership
Logos, product data, cutsheets and the MyLightLink software belong to the issuing companies or their licensors. Project information you enter remains yours, and you allow us to use it to provide the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep MyLightLink available and accurate, but it is provided as is. Always review a package before you send it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Suspension
Administrators may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
